Candy AI Anime: Stylized Characters And Token Costs
The gallery mixes two visual families. Live Action characters are built on photorealistic models; anime and stylized characters are drawn for a different taste. Both sit in the same grid, open the same chat window and bill the same way. What actually differs is the picture that comes back — and what that picture costs.
Two Looks In One Gallery
Open the gallery screen and the filter chips let you narrow to Anime. Everything behind the card stays put: over 100 distinct characters with pre-written backstories, no cap on how many you talk to, the same message box. The chip row is the whole mechanism: pick Anime and the photorealistic cards drop out of the grid until you switch back. The home page describes the Live Action side of the same library.
Reading A Stylized Character Card
A card shows the thumbnail, a name, an age and one line of temperament — Mika, 21, shy but confident; Yuki, 23, bold and funny. The thumbnail is the only honest preview of the art style, so it is worth scrolling before committing to a conversation. Creating your own works identically: ethnicity, eye colour, hair style, body type, age range, then archetype, hobbies, occupation, voice pitch and communication style.
Asking For An Image
Image requests are typed like any other message: name an outfit, a place, a pose. The engine answers in the style the character was built in, so a stylized companion stays stylized across the whole conversation. The outfit or setting you name is the whole of the request; there is no separate editor to open. Voice behaves the same way, pitch and delivery following the archetype you set, and the chat walkthrough shows where those buttons sit.
What Media Requests Cost In Tokens
High-quality images, voice clips and video clips all consume tokens. Video is where they go fastest, which is why most people ration clips and lean on images and audio for everyday chat. Text itself is not the expensive part: on a paid plan messages are unlimited, so the token budget is purely about media. Tokens are the only part of the account that media can exhaust, so clips are the thing to pace. The pricing page breaks the cycles down.
What A Plan Covers
Paid plans include unlimited messages, voice messages, image generation and video clips at $12.99 for one month, $23.97 for three or $47.88 for twelve. The free version allows roughly 30 messages a day, which is enough to see how a stylized character writes before paying, and a 7-day trial is often available for premium features. For a male character see the boyfriend walkthrough, and the full guide covers the interface end to end.
