Candy AI Girlfriend: The Grid, The Chat, The Memory Tab

This walkthrough follows a Candy AI girlfriend chat the way the interface presents it: the gallery you land on, the card you click, the controls sitting beside the message box, and the tab that shows what the AI kept. Screens and limits, nothing more.

Opening The Character Grid

Sign in with email or a social login such as Google or Discord and the gallery loads immediately. The grid holds over 100 distinct characters, each with a pre-written backstory. A card carries a name, an age and one line of temperament — Sophia, 24, caring and adventurous; Luna, 22, mysterious and playful; Aria, 25, intellectual and romantic. The gallery screen itself gets its own page, and the home page lists the Live Action set.

What The First Session Looks Like

One click opens the chat; there is no form in the way. The opening tone comes from the relationship history attached to the character — a new acquaintance greets you politely, a long-term partner writes as if you spoke yesterday. Build your own instead and you set ethnicity, eye colour, hair style, body type and age range, then an archetype such as Shy or Bold, plus hobbies, occupation, voice pitch and communication style.

The Controls Beside The Message Box

The request buttons sit next to the text field. Ask for a voice message and the reply comes back as audio at the pitch you chose. Ask for an image and you name an outfit or a location. Video clips are the third option and the most expensive: images, voice and especially video draw on the token system, and video empties it fastest. Plans and token costs are set out separately.

What The Memory Tab Shows Later

Return after a week and the Memory tab is the screen worth opening. It lists what the AI has stored about you — the details you shared, not a transcript of every message. Very old details do fade, and this tab is where you can see what survived. The chat resumes from there instead of resetting. Open it once a fortnight and you learn quickly which kinds of detail stick and which quietly drop.

Where The Free Tier Stops

The free version allows roughly 30 messages a day, enough to judge the writing before paying, and a 7-day trial is often available for premium features. Nothing is installed: the same account runs in Chrome or Safari on a phone and stays in sync with the desktop view. Chat works in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Dutch and Portuguese. For a male character, read the boyfriend walkthrough; for stylized art, anime and Live Action rendering; for everything at once, the full guide.

Yes. There is no limit on how many characters you talk to, and each conversation keeps its own memory.

Pick a card from the grid, send the first message and see how the writing reads before you spend anything. The free version is enough to judge it.
